The Little Rock School District is requesting SEALED bids from qualified licensed contractors to provide for BOILER REPLACEMENT/ROOF TOP UNIT REPLACEMENTS at HENDERSON . The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any formalities in bids received. Price alone may not be the determining factor. Award will be based upon those considerations, which are in the best interest of the District and will be made to the responsive, responsible bidder whose bid is judged to be the most effective and economical for the purpose intended, according to the requirements and specifications stated in the Invitation for Bids. AWARD The contract will be awarded to the contractor, who submits the lowest most responsible, responsive offer complying with the instructions specified within. Award will be based on those considerations which are in the best interest of the District. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any irregularities or formalities in any solicitation or bid responses. Price alone may not be the determining factor. SCHEDULING Contractor shall be prepared to begin work on this project UPON RECEIPT OF NOTICE TO PROCEED. All work for this project shall be completed NO LATER THAN AUGUST 1, 2023 WITH CONSISTENT COMMUNICATION WITH CONSTRUCTION MANAGER ON LEAD TIME OF EQUIPMENT..
