Requirements: Prevailing Wage Applies, All Materials, Labor, and Equipment to Be Included. 100% Performance Bond. Signs (Warning and Closed) and Required Flagging to Be the Responsibility of Successful Bidder. Five Working Days Notification to Be Provided to the Township Required Prior to Work Commencing. Sealcoat to Be Completed by August 15, 2023. Road Materials: All Materials Will Be Certified Penndot Approved. Approximately 500 Tons 2-a Aggregate, 200 Tons Aashto No. 57, 1200 Tons of Anti-skid, (As1, As2, As3, or As4), 100 Tons Rip Rap, 200 Tons R-4, 200 Tons R-5. No Bid Bond Required. Performance Bond Required. The Board of Supervisors Reserve the Right to Reject Any and All Bids.
