Bid Award Date April 8, 2025 IN PLACE TAR/CHIPPING: Approximately 51,500 square yards, double shot, to be applied in place. Requirements: Prevailing wage applies, all materials, labor, and equipment to be included. 100% Performance Bond. Signs (warning and closed) and required flagging to be the responsibility of successful bidder. Five working days notification to be provided to the township required prior to com mencing work. Sealcoat to be completed by July 18, 2025. ROAD MATERIALS: All materials will be certified PENNDOT approved. Approximately 500 tons 2-A aggregate, 200 tons AASHTO NO. 57, 1200 tons ASSHTO NO. 8, 100 tons RIP RAP, 200 tons R-4, 200 tons R-5. No bid bond required. Performance bond required. HIGHWAY LINE PAINTING: Carroll Township will be accepting sealed bids for requiring an estimated 275,000 (+/-) Linear Feet of 4" Single Yellow Lines. T he bidder shall honor the prices for a period for work completed within the 2025 calendar year. Scheduling of the work with be coordinated with the TWP, based on weather, and other predecessor projects within the TWP. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
