Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in South Middleton Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This work will include, but not necessarily limited to, Mill full width of roadway from curb to curb, 1.5" depth maintaining crown in the center of roadways. Mill notches at all street ends. Mill as necessary at inlets. Township will haul millings away from mill and retain millings. Lay out centerlines, clean surface of loose material, and tackcoat. pave 1.5" compacted depth overlay curb to curb. seal all joints and curbs(excluding manholes and valve boxes). Contractor is responsible to place any manholes risers or valve boxes risers. Risers and boxes provided by the township. Additional preparation work is to be completed by the Township, work is not to begin prior to receiving confirmation from the Township. Bids will be based on unit price bid. Contract will be subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. The Township will provide written Notice to Proceed to the Contractor. Question Deadline 04/21/2025 at 2:00 PM ET Online Portal
