Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in South Middleton Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Site Lighting, Proposed Underground Electric Line/conduit, Etc., and One (1) Bid for the Site Work Which Includes: Site Roadway Paving, Grading, Sidewalk Construction, Stormwater Conveyance Improvements, Etc. In Addition to Lump Sum Bid Price, the Contractor Shall Provide Line-item Bid Pricing for Each Separate Portion of the Bid as Outlined on the "Construction Bid Line- Item Summary Sheet" Included With the Bid Documents. Bidders Can Submit Bids for Both Portions of the Project or Either One (1) Portion of the Project Separately. Bidders Are Not Required to Submit a Bid for Both Portions of the Project. A Certified Check or Bank Draft Payable to the Order of Monroe Township, or a Satisfactory Bid Bond Executed by the Bidder and an Acceptable Surety in an Amount Equal to Ten Percent (10%) of the Total of the Bid, Shall Be Submitted With Each Bid. Monroe Township Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids, to Waive Any Irregularities, or to Nego- Bids Shall Be Emailed to Tim Reddinger (Tim@ Clarionbiz.com) and Tyler Piotrowski (Tpiotrowski@geotechengineering.com).
