Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a road / highway in South Middleton Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

All bid proposals for both contracts must be submitted on online and must be accompanied by A Certified or Bank Check; or Bid Bond naming as payee or obligee, as applicable, the Monroe Township Supervisors, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. All questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted via the "Questions" feature within online . Questions will be received through Pennbid only until 12:00 PM on Monday March 18. All questions will be answered by 4:00 PM on Wednesday March 20. An exception will be made for any questions regarding the Pennbid system and its use. The successful bidder will be required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. The Board of Supervisors reserve the right to accept and/or reject all or any submitted bids as a complete bid package or as individual bids. The Board of Supervisors reserve the right to add or delete streets from the scope of work. Bids may be held by the owner for a period not to exceed 45 days from the date of opening bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders, prior to awarding the contract.
