Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in South Middleton Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

It should be noted that bid results are subject to further review and should not be construed as issuance of an award. A Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bidders maximum bid price is required to be accompanied with a Bid.
