Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in South Middleton Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
It should be noted that bid results are subject to further review and should not be construed as issuance of an award. A Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bidders maximum bid price is required to be accompanied with a Bid. A Performance Bond and Payment Bond each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price shall be required from the Successful Bidder. The deposits of bidders, other than the one to whom the contract is awarded will be returned after execution of the contract. An Anti-Collusion Affidavit and Workmen's Compensation Affidavit are required for this Bid. Inquiries shall be submitted using the "Questions" feature in online. This contract is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. South Middleton Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to re-advertise and award the contract in the regular manner or to waive any informality in the bid received and to accept any bid deemed to be most favorable in the interest of South Middleton Township.
