General - The project on Kellogg Mountain Road is 13,723-feet (2.60-miles) long. The south end (Sta. 0+00) ofthe road is at the intersection with another PGC road. Permission is not required to visit the site; however, we recommend contacting Mr. Kasper or Mr. Pettyjohn for directions and for status of road conditions before going to the site. Attached to the project listing in electronic format are Terms and Conditions of Project, Conditions for Construction Contracts and Technical Specifications (Sections 1 through 12).
