Mill 1.5" at curb to 0" depth in center 14' wide from the curb on each side of roadway maintaining the crown in the center of roadways. Mill notches at all street ends. Mill as necessary at inlets. Township will haul away from mill and retain millings. Layout centerline. Clean surface of loose material, pave 1.5" compacted depth overlay curb to curb, seal all joints and curbs (excluding manholes and valve boxes), contractor will place all manhole and valve risers, township will provided risers.
