Any site visit requests after the pre-bid meeting will also need to be coordinated with Mr. Smith you can reach him via email at Ralphs@susd12.org The project consists of the construction of a new 2,558 SF facility building for the new Innovation Center at the school site, that includes (one) 1 classroom, (one) 1 lab, (one) 1 office, two (2) storage rooms and one (1) fire riser room. This will include but is not limited to demolition, earthwork, staking, disposal, salvage and reinstallation. Contractor shall complete the project work, in accordance with the information provided herein using industry standards and guidelines. The owner intends to contract, if at all, with the Offeror whose offer conforms in all material respects to the requirements of the Bid, who has the capability to perform the contract requirements, the integrity and reliability to assure complete and good faith performance, and who submits the proposal which is most advantageous to the Owner based upon the factors set forth in the Bid. It shall be mandatory on the contractor to whom the Contract is awarded, to comply in every respect with the applicable provisions of the Arizona Revised Statutes and with all other requirements of the laws of Arizona applicable to contracts for the services to be provided for school districts. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, to withhold the award of a contract for any reason it may determine, and to hold any or all Proposals for a period of forty-five (45) days.
