Renovation of an educational facility in Greensboro, North Carolina. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This project has been cancelled. The NCAT Dehuguley Building Chiller Replacement project will be constructed on NCA&T's main campus in Greensboro, NC. The existing air-cooled chiller serving the DeHuguley building on the is no longer functioning and is in need of replacement. The university has purchased a replacement chiller through Carrier. The contactor will be responsible for removing the existing chiller and installing the new chiller. Additionally, the chilled water pump that is serving the chiller will be replaced. Minor electrical work is required to provide power to the new equipment and new heat trace being provided.
