Renovation of an educational facility in Greensboro, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
There are several buildings/structures on the farm that need to be recovered. Specifically, a swine building, a hay building, and a manure building. The University Farm of NC A&T SU is seeking a licensed general contractor to recover the buildings in question located at 3020 McConnell Rd, Greensboro, NC 27401 and perform any repairs needed to properly install new coverings. THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR MUST SUBMIT THE RESPONSE. Quotes shall be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions of this RFQ and any addenda issued hereto Upon review of the RFQ documents, Vendors may have questions to clarify or interpret the RFQ in order to submit the best quote possible. To accommodate the Quote Questions process Vendors shall submit any such questions Submit Written Questions Vendor April 6, 2023 by 5:00 PM ET Vendors shall deliver one (1) electronic copy of its quote to the electronic address identified in the table in this Section. Attempts to submit a Quote via hand delivery or postal mail in response to this RFQ will NOT be accepted.
