Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Cedar Lake, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The scope of the project includes all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to construct open air pavilions at BartlettWahlberg Park, Woods of Cedar Creek Park, Kiwanis Park, Lynnsway Park and Monastery Woods North Park within the Town of Cedar Lake as follows: Preparation of site including but not limited to: Selective Demolition, excavation and grading, footings and foundations, concrete slabs, supply and installation of a manufactured open air pavilion, and landscape restoration. At Bartlett -Wahlberg and Kiwanis Parks only- foundations, plumbing, masonry, carpentry, fixtures and finishes for restroom facility. Layout/surveying will be necessary for the work and should be included in the bid price. It is important to the Town the work be conducted in a timely, organized and sequential manner. All work at Bartlett- Wahlberg Park and Kiwanis Park is to be complete no later than September 1, 2023. Work at Woods of Cedar Creek Park, Lynnsway Park and Monastery Woods North Park is to be complete no later than September 30, 2023. The successful bidder must be prepared to commit adequate resources to complete the Work within the stated contract schedule. Bid packages including plans, specifications and forms may be viewed at the Town of Cedar Lake Town Hall at 7408 Constitution Avenue, Cedar Lake, Indiana 46303. Questions shall be received no later than 5:00 PM (Central) on March 28, 2023. Responses will be provided by no later than 5:00 PM (Central) on March 30, 2023. Architect will transmit to all prospective Bidders of record such Addenda as Architect considers necessary in response to questions arising. Contractors must be shown on the Bidder's Planholder List in order to bid. Bids received by Contractors who are not on the Bidder's Planholder List may be rejected. The Town of Cedar Lake reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and the right to waive informalities in the best interest of the Town.
