Per the owner, as of December 18, 2024, an award has been made for this solicitation and the study has been completed. In general, the scope of this project shall consist of three major tasks. 1. Evaluate the condition of the existing City infrastructure (water & sewer system) to determine if capacity improvements to the municipal system(s) are needed. 2. Evaluate the effect of theoretical redevelopments within existing buildings in the project area (so that all vacant spaces are at maximum occupancy) and determine if capacity improvements to the municipal system(s) are needed. 3. Evaluate the effect of (2) major proposed redevelopment projects and determine if capacity improvements to the municipal system(s) are needed. Project development will follow City engineering department guidelines.
