WQIP#: DEC01-C01173GG-3350000 Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation No. 2 Trenchless Repairs, sanitary sewer lining and repairing manholes - The general extent and Scope of the Work to be performed under this Contract, includes trenchless sanitary sewer rehabilitation -lining 36100 linear feet of sewer and repairing 708 manholes- and all other associated work, as described therein and set forth under the Specifications and Supplemental Specifications, if any, and shown and noted under the accompanying Drawings, and unless otherwise specified, includes the furnishing and delivering of all tools, plants and equipment, and labor, together with necessary supervision required for the completion, demolition, and installation called for under the several articles of the Specifications and Supplemental Specifications, if any, it being intended to include everything necessary to make every part of the same complete, (the omission of the words "furnish" and "install") therefore from any part of the Specifications shall not be deemed a waiver of the Contractor's obligation to furnish tools, plant and equipment, labor and materials required to complete any part of the work and place it in complete readiness for use. Work of this contract comprises the project for construction of cured-in-place pipe (CIPP), manhole rehabilitation, and other trenchless sewer rehabilitation technologies.
