WQIP#: DEC01-C01173GG-3350000 The general extent and Scope of the Work to be performed under this Contract, includes sanitary sewer rehabilitation inclusive of 133 open cut repairs and 39 manhole replacements, and all other associated work, as described therein and setforth under the Specifications and Supplemental Specifications, if any, and shown and noted under the accompanying Drawings, and unless otherwise specified, includes the furnishing and delivering of all tools, plants and equipment, and labor, together with necessary supervision required for the completion, demolition, and installation called for under the several articles of the Specifications and Supplemental Specifications, if any, it being intended to include everything necessary to make every part of the same complete, (the omission of the words "furnish" and "install") therefore from any part of the Specifications shall not be deemed a waiver of the Contractor's obligation to furnish tools, plant and equipment, labor and materials required to complete any part of the work and place it in complete readiness for use. Work of this contract comprises the project for construction of approximately 105 individual open-cut sanitary sewer repairs and replacements, and approximately 16 individual open cut sanitary manhole replacements. If found in the field during construction to be necessary, additional sanitary sewer repairs may be included in this project. completed before August - 31, 2024.
