Site work for a mixed-use development in Springdale, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
The scope of this project is the removal/disposal of existing playground equipment to allow for the installation of new playground equipment including fall surface, drainage, rock sump, trash receptacles, park benches, and lawn restoration. Contractor is responsible to furnish and install new equipment. * ALL CONTRACTORS MUST ACQUIRE BID DOCUMENTS FROM SENATE DIRECTLY IN ORDER TO BE AN ELIGIBLE BIDDER. Proposal must be upon the forms furnished by Senate Engineering Company and must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, in the form attached to the Contract Documents, in the amount of 10% of the Bid, made payable to Springdale Borough All envelopes containing Bid proposal shall be sealed and clearly marked "VETERAN'S MEMORIAL PARK PROJECT". Bidders must comply with all requirements of Pennsylvania Act 127 of 2012 and Prevailing Wage Act. Springdale Borough reserves the right to waive an) informalities or to reject any or all proposals, for any reason whatsoever
