Renovation of an educational facility in Springdale, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The School Board of the Allegheny Valley School District seeks bids from qualified Bidders to perform construction for the following: Project 1 - Alterations to Springdale JR-SR High School. All work will be performed under separate Multiple Prime Construction Contracts including: General, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical. Each bid shall be made upon the form provided by the Architect/Engineer and shall be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check in the amount of ten percent of the proposed Contract Amount. No bid may be withdrawn after bids are opened for the period of time stated on the bid form. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive irregularities in the bid. Document info : Bidders also may purchase paper sets of bid documents for $150.00 per set, including the cost of shipping. Both the fee and paper bid documents price are non-refundable. clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall make a written request which shall reach the Architect/Engineer at least seven days prior to the date for receipt of Bids.
