This contract shall be made available to other Town of Wellesley Departments and Boards. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or a treasurer's or cashier's check issued by a responsible bank or trust company, payable to the Town of Wellesley. Bid deposit shall be not less than 5% (five percent) of the total bid price. The results and a copy of the recorded bid opening will also be available after the event has taken place. All bids for this contract are subject to the provisions of the Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 30, Section 39M, as amended. Attention is directed to the minimum wage rates to be paid on the work as determined by the Commissioner of Labor and Industries under the Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149, Section 26 to 27D, inclusive.
