Project Description: The scope of work anticipated for the Arapahoe facility includes the re-roof of approximately 4,500 square feet. The intention is to have final construction documents reflect the removal of the existing roofing, insulation and edge metals in all areas and replace with a tapered insulation system and fully adhered, 90 mil, 30 year no dollar limit warranty, EPDM membrane system. All bids shall be made on the printed proposal forms attached to and made a part of the Proposed Contract Documents and submitted in a sealed envelope marked NDOT BUILDING 70401 ARAPAHOE RE-ROOF PROJECT BID . Bids which are mailed shall be placed in a separate sealed envelope, labeled as described in this paragraph, inside the mailing envelope.
