Renovation of a mixed-use development in Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The Work consists of: The replacement of existing exhaust fans, rooftop package units, ductless split units, and split heat pump units. It will also include the modification of existing ductwork, the installation of a new condensate drain piping system, and the refurbishment of the existing roof. Prequalified Bidders shall have a Nevada Contractors License with the Classification of C-21. The A/E representative is Precision Design Group and may be reached at (702) 307-0912.
