The contractor will provide renovations to both units main living level plus any specifically noted other areas or specialties on fee land owned by members of the Rosebud community and under jurisdiction of the Rosebud Sioux Tribe which is located within Todd County, SD. This project will be procured as a Total Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE) Set-Aside solicitation under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 236118 Residential Remodelers with a size standard of $45.0 million. The offeror must be a Small Business to be eligible for award. The Government anticipates releasing the solicitation on or about 27 June 2023 timeframe with quotes due at least 30 calendar days after solicitation issuance. This date is subject to change.
