DESCRIPTION: The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide commercial parking management expertise and services for the purpose of increasing the Port Authority's net parking revenues through optimized use of Port Authority parking facilities at each airport, increasing customer use of the online booking system for parking reservations, introducing efficiencies, and accomplishing other results that will contribute to increased net parking revenues. The successful proposer will manage and maintain the product offerings on the online booking system, monitor competitor activity at each airport, and be current on conditions, trends, innovations, and practices that may benefit or have implications for parking at the Port Authority. After execution of the agreement resulting from the RFP, the successful proposer will also provide the services of a marketing firm (as a subcontractor) to create and manage a comprehensive plan to achieve the Port Authority's marketing goals.
