DESCRIPTION: The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey is seeking proposals from qualified firms to manage and operate the parking facilities at LaGuardia Airport, John. F. Kennedy International Airport, and Newark Liberty International Airport. The successful proposer will conduct daily management and operations of the public and employee parking facilities at the airports, including but not limited to payment processing, traffic control, facility and equipment conditions monitoring, management of employee parking access credentials, and creation of parking activity reports. The successful proposer will also support and collaborate with other members of the Port Authority Parking Team to achieve the Port Authority's goals regarding revenues, customer experience, resource optimization, and other aspects of the operation. The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (Port Authority), in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
