Description of Work: This contract provides for the improvement of: Group 1 - Tule Lake Rd S from Spanaway Loop Rd S to Ainsworth Ave S. This work will remove and reconstruct existing non-compliant curb ramps and construct new curb ramps where none currently exist at the following locations: Tule Lake Rd S and Spanaway Loop Rd S Intersection, Tule Lake Rd S and Ainsworth Ave S Intersection. This work will also include reconstructing portions of existing noncompliant cement concrete sidewalk on the north and south sides of Tule Lake Rd S, reconstructing the asphalt concrete traffic island at the southeast corner of Tule Lake Rd S and Spanaway Loop Rd S intersection, and modifications to the existing traffic signal system. Group 2 - 136th St E from 99th Ave Ct E to 103rd Ave E. This work will remove and reconstruct existing non-compliant curb ramps and reconstruct portions of existing non-compliant cement concrete sidewalk on the north side of 136th St . This work will also include removing an existing driveway approach that is not in use and reconstructing cement concrete sidewalk with cement concrete traffic curb and gutter, and other work in accordance with and as described in the Plans and Specifications.
