**As of May 15, 2023, project was awarded to Bettis Asphalt & Construction, awarded amount is $369,997.35.** Work consists of: The major items of work include road improvements 7580 Square Yards of Milling, 850 Tons of HMA-Commercial Grade (Glass A), 250 Tons of HMA-Commercial Grade (Class A) (Patching), b25 Square Yards of Granular Base (Patching), 525 Square Yards of Geosynthetic Reinforcement (Patching), 5 Each Adjustment of Man- holes, Traffic Control, and other appurtenances. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the prospective Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Docu meats, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject bids.
