Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Louisville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The tom Wallace project will include: paving an existing gravel parking lot, paved trails, paved path around tom Wallace lake, picnic grove, park amenities (picnic tables, benches, trash cans), and a boardwalk over a shallow part of the lake. Louisville Parks and Recreation reserves the right to award other contracts in connection with other portions of the Project under these or similar Conditions of the Contract. When separate contracts are awarded for different portions of the Project, "the Contractor" in the Contract Documents in each case shall be the Contractor who signs with separate contract The Contractor shall secure and pay for all permits, utility connection services, fees or charges including but not limited to electric service, water service, governmental fees and licenses necessary for the proper execution and completion of the Work, which are applicable at the time responses are received Proposer is required to furnish a Proposal (Bid) Bond in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of its base Proposal. This may be in the form of a Proposal (Bid) Bond, Certified Check or Cashier's Check. No personal checks will be accepted. The Proposal (Bid) Bond shall be supplied at the time of the Proposal closing The successful Proposer must submit a performance bond satisfactory to the Metro Government executed by a surety company authorized to do business in Kentucky, or otherwise supplied, satisfactory to the Metro Government, in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price as it may be increased The successful Proposer must submit a payment bond satisfactory to the Metro Government, executed by a surety company authorized to do business in Kentucky, or otherwise supplied, satisfactory to the Metro Government, for the protection of all persons supplying labor and material to the Proposer or its subcontractors for the performance of the work provided for in this Proposal.
