The tom Wallace project will include: paving an existing gravel parking lot, paved trails, paved path around tom Wallace lake, picnic grove, park amenities (picnic tables, benches, trash cans), and a boardwalk over a shallow part of the lake. Louisville Parks and Recreation reserves the right to award other contracts in connection with other portions of the Project under these or similar Conditions of the Contract.
