Renovation of a water / sewer project in Lansing, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
A Confidentiality Agreement and Scope of Work is attached for the RFP - Wise Sludge Tank Roof Restoration. The Lansing Board of Water and Light (BWL or Owner) provides the general requirements in this Scope of Work for the Contractor for LBWL Project Number PW-10082 Wise Sludge Tank Roof Restoration (the Project). The labor to be performed under this contract includes constructing the Work broadly described below and in accordance with the Contract Documents, with all related appurtenances. Work shown on the Drawings, indicated in the Specifications, and indicated elsewhere in the Contract Documents is part of the Work, regardless of whether indicated below. The Work includes but is not limited to the following
