PN-PAN A356-036 Project Code: 24499 The City of Westminster desires to solicit bids relating to the Westminster Hills Open Space Multimodal Improvements, from Alkire Street to Simms Street project. Question Acceptance Deadline: 04/13/2023 07:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online: Yes City of Westminster Procurement Division E-Mail: Purchasing@CityofWestminster.us The scope of the trail project includes the design of a 12-foot-wide concrete shared use path located completely in the Westminster Hills Open Space. The shared use path will connect to the future Intersection project at West 100th Avenue and Simms Street to Alkire Street. Additionally, the Trail project will include wayfinding signage and minor drainage improvements. Additional details can be found in Exhibit I: Bid Set Plans and Project Specifications. This project is estimated to be completed in 100 calendar days. It is anticipated the Notice to Proceed will be issued in June 2023. The consultant selected will be responsible for completing the close-out administrative effort after final acceptance.
