The project is for the drainage improvements at the end of the existing Kokokahi Place between Kokokahi Place and Malulani Street and on Malulani Street. The project includes, but is not limited to: construction of multiple drain lines; inlets; manholes; connections of new drain lines to the existing drain system; construction of A.C. curb; construction of concrete jacket on existing sewer lines; tree/shrub removal; restoration of existing concrete sidewalk, railing, and CRM ditch walls; installation of erosion control fabric; reconstruction of asphalt concrete pavements; and restoration of cleared areas, including the planting of Panax and hibiscus hedges and installation of root barrier.
