Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Fort Erie, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 400-square-foot, one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The contractor will be responsible for the full scope of services required to perform park renewal works as outlined in the documents. Work will include, but not be limited to permitting; site clearing and grubbing; tree protection and removals; earthworks including grading and drainage; concrete and asphalt work; site servicing; supply and installation of furnishings and other amenities; landscaping; supply and installation of a playground, water play feature, shade structure and universal washroom building; and general site restoration. Provisional work is included in this tender and will be awarded based on available funding. In addition, the successful contractor will be required to complete the Pre-Start Check List (Appendix A) prior to commencing work. Once the work is complete, the Project Manager or the Contract Administrator must complete the Post-Performance Evaluation (Appendix B) and provide a copy to the contractor for their records. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to be familiar with all areas of the site, all aspects of the work, all conditions and features that will affect the work, and all requirements outlined in the Contract Documents.
