Demolition, site work, remodeling, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Viking, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the addition of a 17,842-square-foot educational facility.
Please note - this is a re-bid for Work Scopes 03-A, Concrete, and 06-A, Carpentry, only. Project consists of two (2) small additions to the existing building to provide a secure entrance, kitchen storage expansion, and music room. Minor remodeling includes office reconfiguration, special education office and finishes. NOTE: Bids will ONLY be accepted via Bid Express. Instructions are outlined in Section 00 4100-Online Bidding Instructions, per the uploaded Special Requirements. Cut-off Date for Questions: 03/31/2023, 5:00 PM CST The overall project consists of two small additions to the existing building to provide a secure entrance, kitchen storage expansion, and music room.
