Site work, paving and new construction of a municipal facility in Columbia, Tennessee. Design plans call for the construction of a municipal facility.

Construction of a regional health office with clinic facility and all required related work. As of March 23, 2023, the architect has the program verification phase kick off meeting in early April 2023. A Construction Manager/General Contractor will be brought on board, likely in the June-July 2023 timeframe. Due to the preliminary nature of this project, a timeline for bidding and construction has yet to be announced.
