Scope of Services Foothill Transit is issuing this Request for Qualifications No. 23-048 (RFQ) seeking Submittals from qualified individuals or firms to provide necessary architectural, design, and/or engineering services on an on-call basis for potential multiple Foothill Transit construction projects. These projects may occur concurrently, and projects at the same Foothill Transit facility may be undertaken simultaneously. The disciplines that Foothill Transit may require services for are: Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Surveying. Prospective Offerors are encouraged to include multiple or all disciplines in their Submittals. Following evaluation of the Submittals, Foothill Transit intends to make one or more on-call contract awards; each award shall include only the discipline(s) in which the individual or firm was deemed to be the most qualified. Foothill Transit may not make an award for every discipline listed. During the term of the Contract, Foothill Transit may issue one or more task orders (each a "Task Order") to an on-call contract holder. Task Orders will be issued to a contract holder only if the Consultant's on-call contract contains all disciplines covered by the Task Order. Each Task Order will be limited to a project wherein the requested services for that Task Order will be in a minimum amount of $1,000.00 and will not exceed $250,000.00. The types of construction projects that may require Foothill Transit to issue a Task Order include, but are not limited to, interior renovations at various transit facilities, tenant improvements, and remodels. The Contract awarded will be for a term of two (2) years with one (1) one (1)-year option to extend the term at Foothill Transit's sole discretion.
