Site work for a water / sewer project in Tutor Key, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
**Per Addendum 4 the bid date has been extended from 04/24/23 to 04/26/23** The project area is 8 acres and the waste area is 1 acre. It consists of drainage control and portal closures around approximately 12 residences. The total watershed area flowing into the subdivision is approximately 150 acres. Concrete ditches will be constructed behind many of the homes, as well as HDPE pipes in several places across the road and through yards, including 14 drop boxes. These will replace and enhance existing draining that is undersized or inadequate. The project also consists of three portal closures.
