Renovation of an educational facility in Morganton, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The County of Burke is seeking sealed bids from qualified and licensed vendors for the replacement of 2 Trane rooftop units at the Foothills Higher Education Center in Morganton, NC. Project Address Foothills Higher Education Center - 2128 S Sterling Street Morganton, NC 28655 Scope of Work 1. Provide and install two (2) new 25-ton rooftop gas packaged units. 2. Remove and dispose of old rooftop units. 3. Provided all equipment needed for removal and installation. 4. Provide turnkey installation of all units Specifications 1. The new units must include the following specifications: a. 2 - 25-ton rooftop gas packaged unit b. 1-year parts and labor warranty c. 5-years compressor parts warranty 2. Disconnect and reconnect all required supply lines. Reuse, if possible, replace if required. 3. Disconnect and reconnect all ductwork and electrical to old and new units. 4. Disconnect and reconnect existing controls. 5. Provide and install any new ductwork transitions that might be needed. 6. Provide a clean and safe working environment during entire project.
