Bonds are to be issued by a surety licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 4/7/2023 3:00 PM The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Pavement depth requirements for paving work will vary from location to location as follows: Stroud Twp. pavement patches will be done with 4" of Superpave 25mm WMA and 1-1/2" of Superpave 9.5 mm WMA unless directed otherwise. - Borough of Stroudsburg patches will be done with 4.5" of Superpave 25mm WMA and 1-1/2" of Superpave 9.5 mm WMA unless directed otherwise. - Pocono Twp. pavement patches will be done with 4" of Superpave 25mm WMA and 1-1/2" of Superpave 9.5 mm WMA unless directed otherwise. - Hamilton Twp. pavement patches will be done with 4" of Superpave 25mm WMA and 1-1/2" of Superpave 9.5 mm WMA unless directed otherwise. - Smithfield Twp. pavement patches will be done with 4" of Superpave 25mm WMA and 1-1/2" of Superpave 9.5 mm WMA unless directed otherwise. - PennDOT road work will need to match existing pavement thickness with max 6" layers of Superpave 25 mm WMA and 1-1/2" of Superpave 9.5 mm WMA unless directed otherwise. PennDOT Road areas may also require the installation of an Aggregate-Bituminous Base Course as directed by PennDOT inspectors.
