Of Pennsylvania, Department of Labor and Industry's current Prevailing Wage Determination. This project is subject to "Steel Products Procurement Act. The Monroe Township Supervisors reserve the right in its discretion to reject any or all Bids and to waive irregularities in any Bid. This project will be subject to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Labor and Industry's current Prevailing Wage Determination.
