As of February 26, 2025, per owner a design team has been identified. Further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. RFQ Architecture Professional Services: Blue Ridge Regional Airport Terminal Building The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to solicit sealed qualifications from Offerors who have prior experience in the design and construction administration of general aviation airport terminal buildings and have full knowledge of any applicable special restrictions and requirements related to the work described herein. The Airport's primary objective is to contract with an architectural firm to provide normal and customary professional architectural and other related services necessary a new aviation airport terminal building located at Blue Ridge Regional Airport. Services will include, but not limited to: review of existing conceptual terminal study, schematic design, design, and construction administration for completion of the work. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
