Question Deadline 06/25/2026 at 3:00 PM ET All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bid Documents or Contract Documents shall be submitted to the ARCHITECT in writing. In order to receive consideration, all questions must be received by the ARCHITECT prior. The project is generally described as: Provide all materials, labor, equipment, and other incidentals necessary for the construction of a new BLUE RIDGE REGIONAL AIRPORT TERMINAL BUILDING. Work will include construction of a building, approximately 7,800 gross square feet in area, associated site work, exterior site lighting and utilities work. Coordination and testing will be required as noted in the Contract Documents. All Work shall be as described in the Project Manual and shown on the Contract Drawings. Owner will award a contract for construction of the adjacent site work and parking lot which will be awarded and conducted generally concurrent with the terminal building project. Bidders using a certified check, cashiers check or cash escrow as your Bid Bond, a physical copy of your bid will need to be submitted by the posted due date and time to be considered for award. If your bond is in a form other than those mentioned, an electronic version of the document is acceptable; you should submit the electronic version and send the original to the Airport. The original must be postmarked on or before the due date. The Airport reserves the right to waive Bid informalities, reject any and all Bids, request rebidding, or to award a contract as it deems will best serve its interest.
