Renovation of a municipal facility in Martinsville, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The project is generally described as removal of the existing Spray-Foam and Built-Up Roof systems and replacement with a new Fully-adhered EPDM roof system (approximately 35,000 sqft.) so as to provide a 20-year watertight warranted roof system.
