Hicks Street Lawrenceville, VA 23868 (434) 848-0248 The Industrial Development Authority of Brunswick County, Virginia, (IDA) is seeking proposals to complete a feasibility study to develop a Job Incubator/Eco-System Workspace, which is a business incubator focused on serving small business growth and entrepreneurial business development in Lawrenceville, VA. The (IDA) invites proposals from qualified individuals or firms and has received an Industrial Revitalization Fund (IRF) Planning Grant to assist with the study. Qualified entities are invited to submit four (4) copies of a written proposal in a sealed envelope along with the fee proposal. Minority and/or female-owned businesses or firms as well as local Brunswick County businesses or firms are encouraged to apply. The IDA is an Equal Opportunity Employer. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
