As of June 1, 2023 the project was awarded to Paris Signs, awarded amount is $15,260.16 City of Huntington, West Virginia requests proposals to fabricate and install new way finding signage in cityhall Contact Dan Underwood with questions in regards to the use of dunderwood@huntingtonwv.gov Questions must be asked by 2:00 P.M. on April 6 th , 2023 The insurance required under subparagraphs (b) and (c) hereof shall provide adequate protection for the Contractor and his subcontractors, respectively, against any damage claims which may arise from operations under this contract, whether such operations be by the insured or by anyone directly or indirectly employed by him and, also against any of the special hazards which may be encountered in the performance of this contract. Insurance to be acceptable, must not be subject to change or cancellation in less than thirty (30) days after receipt of notice by the City. Prior to initiation of construction on each Contract or subcontract, the resident agent of the Contractor's insurance company shall deliver to the City a duly executed certificate showing the names of the insured, the insurer, and the policy numbers. The certificate shall show at least the minimum coverage mentioned above and shall state that there will be no change in or cancellation of said insurance until thirty (30) days after the resident agent delivers notice to the Owner of intent to cancel or modify the policy. If any part of this Contract is sublet, the Contractor is responsible for the part sublet being adequately covered by insurance herein above described.
