The successful consultant shall prepare to provide the following services through a task-based assignment agreement: Identification of new and expansion of existing routes through new or existing carriers Route analysis Create presentations for airline meetings and attend meetings as requested Provide air service data and analysis Develop business cases and perform route analysis Review of Air Service Development Incentive Program Leakage studies Alternate data gathering and analysis Cargo analysis Flight schedule analysis Coordination with the Airport's marketing team Additional services as required Consultants should be familiar with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and State aviation rules and requirements for Air Service Development.
