Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Carrollton, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The project consists of installation of approximately 21,200 SY of street replacement, 3,850 SY of alley replacement and 5,665 SY of sidewalk replacement on Milam Way, Milam Circle, Sam Houston Boulevard, Sam Houston Circle and Reagan Boulevard within the Crosby Estates Subdivision in the City of Carrollton. Instructions to Bidders, Proposal Forms, Specifications, Plans and Contract Documents may be examined without charge at the office of the Director of Engineering, City Hall, 1945 E. Jackson Road, Carrollton, Texas 75006. The Contract Documents and Plans are available for download by written request (email) from the office of the Director of Engineering via carmella.flemming@cityofcarrollton.com. Pre-bid questions may be submitted via email at victor.hou@cityofcarrollton.com. The subject of the email must read "CROSBY ESTATES I PRE-BID QUESTION" in order to be accepted.
