Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Carrollton, Ohio. Completed plans call for the construction of a medical facility; for site work for a medical facility; pre-engineered storage facility; and pre-engineered storage facility.
The work covered by the plans and specifications includes the construction of storage structure as the Carroll County General Health District. Work shall commence on a date specified in the Notice to Proceed. Bids must be made on the Bid Form prescribed by the Commissioners. Each bid must be accompanied by cash, certified check of the bidder, cashier's check, or a bid bond prepared on the form included in the bid packet, duly executed by the bidder as principal and having as surety thereon a surety company approved by the Carroll County Commis- sioners in the amount of 100% of the bid. Plans, specifications and bid forms are on file in the Commis- sioners Office where they may be obtained or examined dur- ing the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The County reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. Attention of bidders is called to all of the requirements contained in this bid packet, particularly to the various insurance requirements, equal opportunity provisions, and the requirement for a bid bond and performance bond. No bidder may withdraw their bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
