Renovation of a municipal facility in Carrollton, Ohio. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of July 13, 2023, bids were canceled. No definite date for the rebid. An electronic version of the bid package may also be provided at no charge by calling the Carroll County Council on Aging office at 330- 627-7017 or by emailing a request to tmyers@carrollcountyohio.us and jaukerman@carrollcountyohio.us. The work covered by the plans and specifications includes the re-construction of our commercial kitchen. Work shall commence on a date specified in the Notice to Proceed. If bidding, please note time is of the essence in this project as we are using an alternative location to prepare our home delivered meals during this project. Bids must be made on the Bid Form prescribed by the CCCoA. Each bid must be accompanied by cash, certified check of the bidder, cashiers check, or a bid bond prepared on the form included in the bid packet, duly executed by the bidder as principal and having as surety thereon a surety company approved by the Carroll County Council on Aging in the amount of 100% of the bid. The CCCoA Board reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. Attention of bidders is called to all the requirements contained in this bid packet, particularly to the various insurance requirements, equal opportunity provisions, and the requirement for a bid bond and performance bond. No bidder may withdraw their bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
