Description: All labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of HVAC improvements. The project includes removal and replacement of existing rooftop air handling units, condensing units, roof mounted air-cooled chiller and associated chiller pump and distribution system, interior air handling units with DX and hot water coils, interior fan terminal units with hot water coils, hot water cabinet unit heaters, hot water unit heaters, roof mounted exhaust fans, electrical demolition and new power, circuiting and outlets related to the HVAC improvements, direct digital building management controls for new units, and associated ductwork, piping, valves, and all other related items.
