Site work and paving for a road / highway in Wauseon, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
In accordance with the specifications on file in said office, all bids shall be F.O.B., Wauseon, Ohio. Each bid must contain the full name of every person or company interested in the same, and be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check on some solvent bank, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid as a guarantee. Should the bid be accepted, such bid bond or certified check will be retained until satisfactory performance and deliverance as determined by the City of Wauseon. Should any bid be rejected, such bid bond or certified check will be returned with notification of bid rejection. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive irregularities in any bid, and to accept any which is deemed most favorable to the City of Wauseon. The City of Wauseon reserves the right to waive any irregularities in the bidding procedure that are not in conflict with the Ohio Revised Code, and the right to reject any and all bids. The appropriate Bid Guaranty and completed "Personal Property Tax Affidavit", "Non-Collusion Affidavit" and "Unresolved Findings for Recovery Database" forms must accompany each bid. The bidder must submit with his/her bid a Certificate of Insurance indicating that he has in force a minimum of $250,000 in liability insurance and also proof of coverage by Workers Compensation Insurance.
