A new Senior Center Facility providing business and administration offices and assembly rooms serving county citizens. A commercial kitchen will be developed with new and existing relocated equipment to serve the county's senior meals program. The single-story building, approximately 22,000 sq. ft. in area, will be a mix of steel and heavy timber framing with a standing seam metal roof system, brick and stone wall veneer, interior finishes. Other work will include HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Suppression, and Technology development as indicated in the Contract Documents.
