Chemicals to be used at the Water Treatment Plant and the Wastewater Treatment Plant in accordance with the specifications on file in said office. All bids shall be F.O.B., Wauseon, Ohio. Each bid must contain the full name of every person or company interested in the same and be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified check on some solvent bank, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid as a guarantee. Should the bid be accepted such bid bond or certified check will be retained until satisfactory performance and deliverance as determined by the City of Wauseon. Should any bid be rejected, such bid bond or certified check will be returned with notification of bid rejection. The outside of the envelope should be clearly marked BID FOR CHEMICALS. The right is reserved to reject any and all bids
